Subscription selection
Customer feedback: Put ”check box” in front of each Sub name, so user can select several subs at the same time more easily
3 votesAfter reviewing this we can tell that currently in Cloud Insights multi filter selection already is present and working. What you are describing is a different method of multi-filter selection. If we get more customer request for this approach then we will revisit this.

Azure Forecast in reports
As a customer, I would like to be able to see an estimated consumption for the current month.
Microsoft Cost Management (see examples attached) shows Azure Consumption forecast from current date until the end date of current month. We experience that particularly larger customers with a large azure consumption are using this Microsoft forecast to track their costs and for accounting practices.
Please enable for the Microsoft Azure Consumption Forecast to be shown in Azure Report as well.
Additionally, color indicators for e.g. different resources aids to quickly identify changes in cost distribution.

3 votesHi, thank you for your question.
Actually starting as of early July this year we have released a completely new feature within Cloud Insights and that is Cost Forecast. So the Cost Forecast functionality as of now is available in Cloud Insights and if the customer is using Cloud Insights. Here in the down below screenshot you can also see that it is possible to filter the forecast data per Subscriptions, per Resource Groups, per Service, per Service Family and per Tags (and per Tag value). But how the forecast feature within Cloud Insights works is that the forecast data currently is not available for the currently running month. Rather at the moment the forecast data is available for the next calendar month. But obviously if there is a lot of customer demands that would like to have the forecast data available for the currently running month then we can…

Due to low amount of current AWS customers this has not been prioritized.

Optimizing use of Azure infrastructure and services
During a demo session for one of our bigger customers this need for insight came up:
The customer would like to see the change, and possible increase or decrease in use of spesific Azure infra and services during the last month or quarter. This is useful to optimize the environment both from a latenzy and economic perspective.
This might be covered already in Cloud Economics, and might be a function that the customer is willing to pay for in a subscription in Cloud Insight.

Suggestion for enhancements
Hi team!
I have some suggestions for improvements to Cloud Insight that I believe could be very beneficial for our customers.
First:
Would it be possible to include a link to the Azure/M365 admin portal based on, for example, high risk users? This could make it easier to manage potential security threats more effectively.Second:
What about including Reserved Instances (RI) and Azure Hybrid Benefit (AHB) for cost-reducing measures? This can give us better control over costs and optimize resource usage. Finally:
Another suggestion is to granularize access to improve security and ensure that users only have access to what…1 voteNeeds more votes in order to land this in the product roadmap

Trends between different Subscriptions
Hi! A customer suggested and wants to see more about subscriptions. Especially when they have both CSP and not-CSP subscriptions
Scenario 1: Chose a subscription and see how the resources in that subscription trends.
Scenario 2: If you chose a service, you can see how the different resources and subscriptions trends (think like the top location diagram).
Scenario 3: You can see how the different subscriptions trends (think like the top location diagram).

User of Cloud Track in CI
Would it become easier for users to understand advices and use or ask for professional service if all the actions in the Advisory Report would be structured into the eight Cloud Track journeys?
Please comment!
4 votesCurrently this is put on hold. If CI team will see that this idea becomes really popular amongst all Nordic countries internally in Atea then this idea will be revisited.

Show user name instead of Guid number
We have multiple customers who wants us to show the users name instead of Guid number. From a GDPR perspective the customers (and my self) see the guid number as a identifier in the same why as a name. And it would be easier for the customer to check if the member is a service account or a person if they see the name. From a user friendly perspective this would be great to fix if possible.

AWS - Filter on per Account level
Filtering on Azure exist for subscriptions but the same does not exist for AWS using AWS accounts. This will be a requirement for all large/enterprise customers.
4 votesCurrently not enough AWS customer traction in order for the CI DevOps team to prioritize development for this.

Atea's 'molnserver' within CloudInsights
It would probably create a better customer experience for those who run hybrid environments.
As we know the people who work within Atea's cloud server don't usually work with azure infrastructure(and vice versa). Getting 1 unified portal for both of these would give IT managers a bigger overview of their environment. (Note that target here would not me the ones managing the infrastructure, but the ones managing the ones who do).

Lists to Excel
I hope there would be an option to send lists to Excel.

Export guid number
Customer wants to be able to export guid numbers, so they can compare them to the Azure portal via script instead of copy paste from insights.
