Highlight product (order line) that's out of stock
Whenever a product is out of stock and listed I would like that specific product to be highlighted somehow in order history so that I can identify the product and reason to why my order is beeing hold from shipment. I would like to have an indicator that shows me which product it is so that I don't have to check all products in eshop to find out which one is out of stock and is stopping my order.
3 votesHi,
We are sorry to inform you that this idea will be closed after a long time. There has been investigations on how to solve this technically but at the moment it's not possible. We will have to direct you to the information in eShop for all rows that are not in status Confirmed. Please filter your order on status Unconfirmed to view the rows that still don't have a delivery date.

Hi,
Order receipt is sent out after an order is placed. Order confirmation emails are updated and sent out all along until order is delivered. Status is always updated in My Atea. As order information can change over time, a download of pdf can't guarantee that the information downloaded is up to date. Please follow your orders in My Atea for update.

Totalpris presenteres eks mva istedenfor ink mva
I ordreoversikten står det en totalsum til høyre, denne presenteres ink mva. Det er ganske forvirrende. Fint hvis denne kan være eks mva.
1 voteThis is a normal process in B2B and you can see including Tax when ordering, if you want to.

This idea will not be looked into any further as the orginal issue with presenting both name and surname in order history now is solved.

Sarjanumerolla haun nopeuttaminen
Hei! Sain tänään MyAtean testikäyttöön. Tilauksen hakeminen laitteen sarjanumerolla historiasta (vuoden 2018 alusta alkaen) on TODELLA hidas... nyt on kestänyt haku jo lähes 15 minuuttia. Onko tälle tehtävissä jotain?
