    In the ticket list view it would be good to sort list after product category; printer, notebook, tablet, accessories etc.

    I would like to name my bookmarks after my own preferences. It would make it easier for me to relate the bookmark to a specific order/person/ticket etc.

    Hi,

    We're happy to inform that the first steps are taken to show if a product still has warranty before starting a warranty request from within My Atea. Not all manufacturers will be supported from start, but we'll work to get all major ones into the solution.
