  1. Azure intergation

    Azure integration to put users in Collections in regards to Azure information, ex title, City or other criteria under properties.

    This would then make it possible to ex send Broadcast message to different citys (if that is the criteria chosen)

  2. Release notes & notifcation

    We should structure and automate the release notes functionality.

    1. Add "role functionality" for receive e-mail for release notes functinality in tenant administration Portal.
    2. Add release notes section within files or new area with current and archive functinonality.
    3. Add automatic release notes notifcation to all users with role functionality, as described in #1, directing them to section describer in #2.
    4. Add automatic relase notes to other manually defined stakeholders - like SD Directors, Managed Client.

  3. Automatic collection assignment

    Functionality for automatic collection assignment is needed, to reduce manual "reassigning". This would especially be beneficial for enterprise companies.

    One easy function for customers, like Atea, with users in multiple countries, to specify a domain on a collection - meaning if atea.dk is specified in a collection, all users with atea.dk in the login email will automatically be assigned to that specific collection.

    This would be beneficial for broadcast messaging, so we can atleast limit by country collection when broadcasting, but also beneficial for published links etc since those also are specific for collections.
