Notifications & custom reports for all functions
Bits of this has been posted as an idea, but I'd like see notification possible for more, rather then just 1 or 2 specific things.
Possibility to configure notifications to all major functions within My Atea, such as;
All below should support having either 1 or multiple SMTP addresses assigned for notification.
Orders - (Alert if order is stopped or paused for any reason)
Tickets - (Add specific date/time to notify that ticket has exceeded set time)
Invoices - (Due payments or other issues)
Reports - (New reports generated, or similar)
Also, support notification for custom made Weekly/Monthly or Yearly reports with possibility to customize yourself (like Brand, Reference or similar) as .CSV
