    Thanks for your feedback.

    In order module (click on orders in top menu) you'll find information about ETA on each order line. The information is in the column for "Expected shipment date". If there is no date, shipment has not yet been confirmed by supplier. Is there any other information you require about your order delivery please tell us.

  2. I want to be notified on orders in queue for approval, for example in "Needs your attention" on dashboard.

    Hi,

    this request has been put on hold for now. We are looking into the best way for users to move between given information and the possibility to take action. We will have another look at the request after we have the best solution available for the user journey.

  3. What you enter in the comment field on an order in eShop, needs to be visible in My Atea. See attached picture.

  4. It would be great if you could use a tracking code (e.g. Postin) to apply for an order in the order portal.

    Now a notification comes from Posti that Atea Finland logistics has sent the package to the delivery address, but nothing else is known about the order other than the parcel number, quantity and weight.

  5. It would be nice, if there was a possibility to send a Cancel Order Request from within my.atea.dk/Orders. Instead of being depended on a email or making a call within opening hours Atea Customer Care.
    That way, CC could get back on the request to confirm or deny cancellation of the specific order.
