Speed up search by only showing ticket older than x month
hi, I have access to a couple of thousands tickets. this make loading and searching in the portal very slow.
it would be very good if the portal only loads like last X month of tickets when you go to the Ticket tab. Then if you want to search for older tickets you as a user can change that in the filter options.

We have now released the personal filter functions, that should help you on this issue.
You can now set your own personal filter, and set that as default.
