  3. When adding licenses to a subscription and add it to the shopping cart it looks like you're placing an order for the total number of licenses, i.e. not just the add-on. It's a bit confusing.
    I would like you to place an order for the add-on licenses and that they are what is visible in the shopping cart instead of the total amount of licenses as it is now.

    Example: we have 1230 M365 E3 licenses and I want to add another 20. Then I only want to see the number added, qty of 20. It creates confusion when you…

    Hi,

    We have done work to improve the experience in checkout for subscriptions. The old value has a strike-through and new value is visible to the right of the old value.

    You probably had this one already but I miss a print function on tickets to pdf. This is a big time saver when producing documentation to auditors etc etc.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback! All objects on the dashboard are possible to minimize so that you don't see them. Use the green arrow to the left of the header "News feed".

  7. As a customer I would like to receive a status "In transit" instead of "Delivered" as the unit is on its way either from the factory or from Warehouse.

    Hi,

    We have changed how we communicate and you'll now find the status "shipped" instead of "delivered". As a complement to order status "shipped" we have tracking information where customers can see the exact location of the delivery together with date and time stamp.

    Hi,

    Today we have published a new PowerBi report in My Atea SE. It contains order, delivery and invoice data. The invoice layer gives the possibility to search for either order number or invoice number and there is a column for serial number.

    We added column "Goods mark" to order list view. Users can now choose which columns to have and in which order they will be displayed in their own personalised filter view.

  12. A possibility to type in e-mail adresses for order specific contact persons, and having automatic e-mail messages sent to these addresses when status changes are made in the order, would be much appreciated (see attached image).

    In our organization, Helpdesk makes the orders on behalf of our personnel, i.e. the actual customers who will actually pay the invoices when they get the ordered equipment.

    In real life, though, partial delivieries are common, and in most of those cases the equipment is piled up until all of the deliveries in the order are made, and then, finally, the customer gets all…

    Hi,

    This function is already available when ordering in eShop and works like this:
    A user in Atea eShop who orders for others in their organization - can already today enter another name and email address at checkout (instead of their own pre-filled information) so that another recipient will receive order confirmations and delivery notices per order. The email address for the account holder in eShop will always receive the receipt from eShop that an order has been placed for his account. But all other communication status/delivery time etc will be sent to the temporary filled in name and email address at checkout.

  17. When I filter on status, I usually want to know the status of all orders that have not yet been delivered. Maybe all the options should be filled in from the beginning so that you only click out the ones I do not want to be included or there could be a toggling button between all being filled in or all ticked so that I could fill in the choices I want more quickly.

    När jag filtrerar på status så vill jag oftast få veta status för alla ordrar som ännu inte är levererade. Kanske borde alla alternativen vara ifyllda…

  18. hi, I have access to a couple of thousands tickets. this make loading and searching in the portal very slow.
    it would be very good if the portal only loads like last X month of tickets when you go to the Ticket tab. Then if you want to search for older tickets you as a user can change that in the filter options.

    We have now released the personal filter functions, that should help you on this issue.


    You can now set your own personal filter, and set that as default.

  19. As a user I would like the chosen sorting of ticket list to be highlighted so that I know the sorting order of the list.
