Allow creating own views
Allow possibility to create own personal views for tickets.
For example: "Created by me" is a great filter, but if I want to to show only active records created by me, I need to adjust filters always manually.

Hi,
This is solved by using "Open filters" to personalize the filters you as a user wants to apply.
