  3. Increase number of licenses

    When adding licenses to a subscription and add it to the shopping cart it looks like you're placing an order for the total number of licenses, i.e. not just the add-on. It's a bit confusing.
    I would like you to place an order for the add-on licenses and that they are what is visible in the shopping cart instead of the total amount of licenses as it is now.

    Example: we have 1230 M365 E3 licenses and I want to add another 20. Then I only want to see the number added, qty of 20. It creates confusion when you…

    Hi,

    We have done work to improve the experience in checkout for subscriptions. The old value has a strike-through and new value is visible to the right of the old value.

    Hope this is a better experience!
