  1. As a customer I would like to receive a status "In transit" instead of "Delivered" as the unit is on its way either from the factory or from Warehouse.

    Hi,

    We have changed how we communicate and you'll now find the status "shipped" instead of "delivered". As a complement to order status "shipped" we have tracking information where customers can see the exact location of the delivery together with date and time stamp.

    Hi,

    Today we have published a new PowerBi report in My Atea SE. It contains order, delivery and invoice data. The invoice layer gives the possibility to search for either order number or invoice number and there is a column for serial number.

  4. A possibility to type in e-mail adresses for order specific contact persons, and having automatic e-mail messages sent to these addresses when status changes are made in the order, would be much appreciated (see attached image).

    In our organization, Helpdesk makes the orders on behalf of our personnel, i.e. the actual customers who will actually pay the invoices when they get the ordered equipment.

    In real life, though, partial delivieries are common, and in most of those cases the equipment is piled up until all of the deliveries in the order are made, and then, finally, the customer gets all…

    Hi,

    This function is already available when ordering in eShop and works like this:
    A user in Atea eShop who orders for others in their organization - can already today enter another name and email address at checkout (instead of their own pre-filled information) so that another recipient will receive order confirmations and delivery notices per order. The email address for the account holder in eShop will always receive the receipt from eShop that an order has been placed for his account. But all other communication status/delivery time etc will be sent to the temporary filled in name and email address at checkout.

  6. It would be convenient if one could see goods marking directly on the order list view instead of having to go into an individual order and check "Order Information".

  7. Would love to see some sort of API to be able to fetch order/invoice/product information to use in reports and BI-tools. REST/Odata would probably work best, and as a bonus perhaps support incremental updates with date intervals.

  8. It would be nice, if there was a possibility to send a Cancel Order Request from within my.atea.dk/Orders. Instead of being depended on a email or making a call within opening hours Atea Customer Care.
    That way, CC could get back on the request to confirm or deny cancellation of the specific order.

  9. It would be good if you could see the tracking codes in your orders so you could see where the package is going. In the old system those were visible, even if tracking data was not fetched by Atea.

    Hi,

    We have implemented the new in app tracking solution for all the nordic countries. Orders with tracking information has a tracking symbol. Tracking status is fetched from courier and displayed with tracking number from the courier. ​

    ​More couriers will be added to the solution.

  10. I as a User, normally look at the total price for the order to identify the correct order.

    So I would like to have the option of seeing the prices in the orderlist

  14. Track & Trace - on Orderline level is easier and more intuitive.
    When I scroll down the "Track" button disappears, and then you think that there is no Track and Trace number.

    Track & Trace på varelinje niveau er bedre nemmer mere intuitiv.
    nå man scroller ned forsvinder knappen "Track" og så tror man at der er ikke noget track & Trace nummer.
