How can we improve functionality and features in My Atea?

My Atea: Ticket information

As a user I would like the chosen sorting of ticket list to be highlighted so that I know the sorting order of the list.

Hi,

The green arrow, beside the column header, shows which column you have chosen to filter the list on.
