Ticket categories visible to customer
Hi,
As a customer, I would like to see also the categories of tickets.

I suggest that a filter function be implemented per column in ticket list to sort out, for example, INC and only see CS, or to only see CS from a specific customer.

In the ticket list view it would be good to sort list after product category; printer, notebook, tablet, accessories etc.
