Notify me on orders that needs approval
I want to be notified on orders in queue for approval, for example in "Needs your attention" on dashboard.

Show order comment in My Atea in order details
What you enter in the comment field on an order in eShop, needs to be visible in My Atea. See attached picture.

Search for server names (CI names)

Notifications & custom reports for all functions
Bits of this has been posted as an idea, but I'd like see notification possible for more, rather then just 1 or 2 specific things.
Possibility to configure notifications to all major functions within My Atea, such as;
All below should support having either 1 or multiple SMTP addresses assigned for notification.
Orders - (Alert if order is stopped or paused for any reason)
Tickets - (Add specific date/time to notify that ticket has exceeded set time)
Invoices - (Due payments or other issues)
Reports - (New reports generated, or similar)
Also, support notification for custom made Weekly/Monthly or Yearly…
