Overview of assets with warranty
I would like to get an overview of assets that has warranty and which assets that are running out of warranty.

We're happy to inform that the first steps are taken to show if a product still has warranty before starting a warranty request from within My Atea. Not all manufacturers will be supported from start, but we'll work to get all major ones into the solution.

Make Excel export possible to ALL My Atea list
Need for possibility to export all lists in My Atea to excel and/or PDF. We higly need this.

Cancel Order Request
It would be nice, if there was a possibility to send a Cancel Order Request from within my.atea.dk/Orders. Instead of being depended on a email or making a call within opening hours Atea Customer Care.
That way, CC could get back on the request to confirm or deny cancellation of the specific order.4 votesHi,

Searching for an order with a tracking code
It would be great if you could use a tracking code (e.g. Postin) to apply for an order in the order portal.
Now a notification comes from Posti that Atea Finland logistics has sent the package to the delivery address, but nothing else is known about the order other than the parcel number, quantity and weight.

Stock keeping insights
Insight into customer-specific stock details:
Current stock. Stock purchase points. Total stock. Amount purchased at each purchase point.Delivery times from vendor on products kept in customer-specific stock.
Able to adjust stock purchase points/total stock/amount purchased at specific purchase points directly in myatea.

It would be good if the name or/and article number in order view was clickable and contained a direct link to eShop and product information.

Search Tickets by time period
As a user I want to be able to search my tickets within a specified time period. The same function as exists both in Orders & Invoices.

I want to be notified on orders in queue for approval, for example in "Needs your attention" on dashboard.

Show order comment in My Atea in order details
What you enter in the comment field on an order in eShop, needs to be visible in My Atea. See attached picture.

Notifications & custom reports for all functions
Bits of this has been posted as an idea, but I'd like see notification possible for more, rather then just 1 or 2 specific things.
Possibility to configure notifications to all major functions within My Atea, such as;
All below should support having either 1 or multiple SMTP addresses assigned for notification.
Orders - (Alert if order is stopped or paused for any reason)
Tickets - (Add specific date/time to notify that ticket has exceeded set time)
Invoices - (Due payments or other issues)
Reports - (New reports generated, or similar)
Also, support notification for custom made Weekly/Monthly or Yearly…

Replacement units, serial numbers
It would be great if the new serial number was written as a comment in insurance and/or warranty cases where a unit is being replaced. This to make it easier when looking for a specific order, try to figure out which computer is what and belongs to which case.
